Refund policy

Exchanges or refunds will be accepted during a 14-day period of receiving the item.
The item must be unused and in the same condition they were received with tags attached and packaging included.

To return, please contact info@shahinifakhourie.com, subject: Return to be provided with a return shipping label. If you elect to not use our return label, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 14 days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If the returned items do not meet the listed conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
